Advent Calendar

You can now have a look at the cover of the 2016 Advent Calendar, but you can't open any doors until December 1st. If you can't see the Advent Calendar link (which should be to the right of "Headlines", above) it may be that your computer is remembering the last time you looked at the site - press CTRL and F5 to get it to go and look again.

We have a lot of new items in this year's calendar, and some of them are quite long (people are getting more adventurous!) so please be patient if they take a while to download.

Concert by St Asaph Cathedral Choir

The St Asaph Cathedral Choir will be giving a concert to celebrate the 39th Anniversary since the formation of the Cathedral Choir Association. This will be held in St. Asaph Cathedral on Saturday 15th October at 7.30pm – all are welcome. The programme will include works by Mozart, Parry and Rutter. Cathedral Choir CDs and Christmas cards will be on sale at this event.


Entrance: £10 - (Choir Association Members £8: those in full time education: Free)

Organ Recital by Andrew Wyatt

The last of this summer's organ recitals at St Asaph Cathedral will be given next Wednesday, September 7th, by Andrew Wyatt, assistant organist at Chester Cathedral. Andrew's programme is as follows:

The recital starts at 7:30, and admission is £6.00, which includes a programme and refreshments afterwards.

Organ Recital by Damian Howard

Damian Howard, Organist and Director of Music at Lancaster Cathedral, will give the fourth of the 2016 Evening Series of Organ Recitals at St. Asaph Cathedral on Wednesday 6th July at 7.30pm. Admission £6, the programme will feature Priere by Guilmant, Cathedrales by Vierne and Cantique by Langlais.
